INTEGRATIVE SOMATIC THERAPIST
ABOUT
Student of life. Therapist by practice.
Human to the core.
I’m a therapist, yes, but before anything else, I’m a human being who has lived deeply, listened inwardly, and walked through my own initiations. My work is shaped by presence, somatics, and truth. I meet people from lived experience, not theory. And, my journey is ongoing. I never stop studying, practicing and learning.
My path began with loss; the kind that breaks you open and forces life into honesty. Grief, shame, burnout, and the slow work of rebuilding from within shaped the way I now meet others: gently, deeply, and without pretending.
My body has been my greatest teacher, and every modality I have studied, and practice has shaped the way I support others today.
I’m not here to fix you. I meet you human to human, nervous system to nervous system. My work accompany you in re-membering with who you are beneath that which the world taught you to be. And in this process, something fundamental changes. You!
our vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens.
– C.G. Jung
Read My Full Journey
I’ve known the heartbreaking ache of loss, the confusion of identity crumbling, the breathlessness of a fatigued body and the despairing longing to be seen and understood. I have also known the willingness and courage it takes to meet life honestly, to feel the pain without turning away or numbing, and vulnerably showing up authentically for what is present in each moment.
My journey in the healing arts began almost 20 years ago with the sudden, devastating loss of my younger brother. It was a shattering event that broke me open, and with it came a screaming invitation to stop running and start listening. I had spent years performing, and pushing through, until grief itself brought me to a halt.
At that time, I didn’t know where to turn, so I collapsed inwardly. And in that dark space, I lost the only version of myself I knew. I felt like a stranger in my own skin. It wasn’t until a dear friend suggested to me: “This is you too”, that something shifted. Her words gave me permission to be angry and sad, grieving, and real. That was the beginning of my healing: not by fixing, but by accepting. Accepting all of my parts: the good, the bad and the ugly because they are all there for very good reasons.
Years later, amidst realizing a long-held dream of mine, I faced another initiation – burnout. Ironically, while building a space for others to rest and restore, I had again been running on patterns of proving, pushing beyond my limits and achieving. One morning I woke up to do my pranayama practice and found that I couldn’t breathe. It scared me. Yet still, I thought I could pull myself together.
Again, it was words of a close friend that made me pause and rest. A part of me already knew that healing unfolds with acceptance, not resistance. My body had been saying ‘no’ for a long time, but a belief that I wasn’t good enough kept me going.
The recovery process invited me back into presence, to nature and slowing down. I began observing myself with new eyes, understanding the deeper roots of my patterns. And once again, the medicine wasn’t in solving, but in dissolving, in softening. In listening within.
I’ve walked the winding path of healing through deep self-inquiry. My body has been my greatest teacher: the language of sensation, the rhythm of breath, the depth of emotion, and the mystery of consciousness have guided me to depths and experiences I’d never imagined.
Every modality including yoga, meditation, breathwork, massage techniques, craniosacral biodynamics, shamanism, body-oriented psychotherapy, compassionate inquiry®… each experience has shaped what I now offer through dissolve to evolve: a presence process that initiates healing by honouring the innate intelligence residing in all of us.
I’m not here to fix you because I don’t think you’re broken. I’m here to accompany you in re-membering with who you are beneath that which the world taught you to be. And in this process, something fundamental changes. You!

My body has been my greatest teacher, and there is no doubt to me that “there is more wisdom in your body than in your deepest philosophies” ~Friedrich Nietzsche.
I’m not here to fix you, for the simple reason: I don’t believe there is anything wrong with you. Instead, I meet you human to human, nervous system to nervous system. I accompany you in re-membering with who you are beneath that which the world taught you to be. And in this process, something fundamental change. You!
My work rests on lived experiences. Every modality I use has been experienced in my own body long before it became part of my professional practice. I’ve chosen to back my embodied learning with rigorous training and academic study so that what I offer is both deeply human and scientifically grounded.
I am a certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner by of Dr. Gabor Maté and I have trained in Principles of Collective Trauma Healing with Thomas Hübl, with whom I have also explored Trauma-Informed Leadership. Additional therapeutic foundations include the circle of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the relationship therapy Intimacy From the Inside Out grounded in IFS as well as Terry Real’s Couple’s Experiential Journey at the Relational Life Institute.
I’m a Biodynamic Craniosacral Practitioner with a range of body-based modalities including Traditional Lanna Tok Sen, Californian massage, and Myofascial Thai massage.
I’ve been initiated in shamanic healing techniques including psychopomp, extractions and soul retrieval. I am also an Innerdance facilitator, a Transformational Life Coach, Mindfulness practitioner, Teenyoga Teacher, and have completed over 1000 hours of Yoga Teacher Trainings.
Alongside this experiential path, I continue to study developmental and evolutionary psychology, consciousness and the brain, neuroscience and psychiatry, anchoring my work in current science. This combination of lived experience and academic understanding allows me to meet people with depth, clarity, and integrity. Learning is a lifelong process for me – it keeps my work alive, honest, and ever-deepening.
My Philosophy & Approach
Discover who you are beneath the physical tension, emotional distress and limiting beliefs.
DISSOLVE TO EVOLVE
dis·solve | to soften, to unravel, to release that which no longer serves
e·volve | to emerge, to expand, to align and rise to your true Self
Dissolve to Evolve is my core philosophy. It’s the backbone of everything I do – a lived, embodied process.
Dissolving is not collapse. It’s the moment where tension releases, stories loosen, and the nervous system comes back into regulation.
Evolving happens naturally from there – not by force, but by alignment. My work invites your system to shift from protective survival patterns into presence, from reactivity into choice. When defences soften, the authentic Self can emerge.
Healing is relational. What was wounded in relationship, repairs in relationship.
I work through attunement, presence, and somatic awareness — meeting you beneath the story, in the body’s truth.
We listen to sensations, feelings. breath, impulses, and the subtle cues that reveal what’s been held, hidden, or hardened over time.
This work is experiential, and non-pathologizing. Instead of strategies and techniques, I offer connection. Instead of fixing, I offer the kind of presence where your system feels safe enough to reorganize. Evolving happens naturally from there – not by force, but by alignment.
My work invites your system to shift from protective survival patterns into presence, from reactivity into choice. When defences soften, the authentic Self can emerge.
My practice is informed by decades of integrated training and lived experience.
Craniosacral biodynamics, yoga, meditation, breathwork, massage techniques, shamanic initiations, and Compassionate Inquiry® (developed by Dr. Gabor Maté and Sat Dharam Kaur) all shape how I hold space — with devotion, curiosity, honesty, and respect for the body’s intelligence.
I’ve witnessed nervous systems reorganize in stillness, identities soften in truth, and people rediscover parts of themselves they thought were lost. Through touch, I’ve felt the body unravel and postures change in ways no intellect could explain.
Healing, to me, is not clinical – it’s sacred and utterly human.
HOW IT WORKS
THERAPY PROCESS
Contraction is expansion waiting to happen
We all carry relational imprints, subtle wounds shaped by early experience, unmet needs, unspoken words. You may or may not call it trauma.
These imprints live in the body, in the breath, in the way we brace and react.
We begin by slowing down, by creating a space where it’s safe to feel, building a grounded, attuned field where you don’t have to perform, protect, or figure anything out.
Here, your body begins to unwind. Not because we force it, but because something finally stops bracing.
This is the beginning of the unlocking.
Making the invisible visible
Once we’ve established safety, we begin to explore what your body is holding.
We gently track sensations, contractions, tension, emotions and protective responses.
Through presence and inquiry, we meet what was once avoided or hidden.
Not to re-live it. But to complete it. To release it. To feel yourself beneath those patterns.
This is not about fixing. This is about freeing.
With every session, space opens. Movement returns. Breath deepens. Clarity arises.
You begin to feel more alive.
The quieter you become the more you can hear
As held energy dissolves your body begins to reorganize from the inside out.
This is where insights land. Not as ideas, but as felt reality – embodied.
Your next step – the one you couldn’t access before – becomes natural, maybe even obvious.
You begin to move from authenticity, instead of protection.
Presence becomes your way of life, not just a practice.
You move from a deeper rhythm that’s actually yours. Heartfelt and soul-deep.
