What is Craniosacral Biodynamic Touch?
Craniosacral touch is gentle, non-invasive, and guided by the body’s intelligence – not by agenda. Through soft still touch, we support the embryological force that shaped you in the womb and still live within you today. As tension unwinds and old patterns soften, your body reorganizes from the inside out. It’s a subtle, yet so profound attunement to the reorganising intelligence of your nervous system.
How does it work
With light touch I listen to your body the way a coach might listen to your words. I listen to expansion, contraction, tension, and the underlying rhythms of your system.
Rather than imposing change, craniosacral touch invites a deep stillness in which the body can reorganize itself from the inside out. This creates space for unresolved emotions, physical imprints, or held trauma to be released without reactivation or overwhelm.
You remain fully clothed and resting during a session. I attune to the body’s cues, accompanying it to soften, settle, and realign with ease.

What is Compassionate Inquiry?
Developed by Dr. Gabor Maté, this body-oriented psychotherapeutic approach reveals emotional patterns and core beliefs that shape our behaviours, relationships, and reactions.
It helps you see how early adaptations may still be shaping your relationships, your nervous system, and your sense of self. It is a process of becoming aware of how you adapted to survive, of what you’ve suppressed, and of how those patterns may still be running your life today. The process invites you to meet yourself with curiosity and compassion rather than shame or judgment.
How does it work
Through guided inquiry and attuned presence, I support you in exploring what is alive in you beneath your thoughts, words, and symptoms.
Together, we follow sensations, emotions, and subtle cues in the body. As insight arises, you begin to connect the dots between past experiences and present challenges—not just mentally, but somatically.
The process is slow, gentle, and entirely paced by you. There is no pushing, only invitation. When the unconscious becomes conscious, change happens naturally.
Compared to traditional talk therapy, which aims to change thought patterns and life approaches, Compassionate Inquiry aims to release the bracing patterns from within the system and allow change to emerge organically with support.
